Where we build.
We focus on the kind of neighborhoods that don't come on the market often — Mordecai in Raleigh, Trinity Park in Durham. Streets that have been somebody's home for a hundred years, anchored by the cafés, shops, and trees that make a neighborhood feel like one. They're walkable, well-loved, and rarely available. That's part of why we build there.
What we build.
